Project Details

Project Description

The Police Association Victoria (TPAV) was in search for a new office in a central location and wishing to buy and renovate new premises to meet their growing needs. As such, Project Insite was initially part of the Due Diligence team assessing potential buildings that would be suitable in location, capacity and value for their organization.

Once the building at 70 Jolimont Street East Melbourne had been identified and purchased, we then assisted with a complete building makeover to the front façade and entry as well as new fitout and predominantly new building services. The end result was a stunning modern office with increased natural light and perfect functionality that met TPAV’s operational requirements.

The new space consisted of over modern 100 workspaces (both open plan and offices), numerous meeting rooms, counselling suites, memorial entry foyer, Media centre, gym, seminar rooms and rooftop function space with commercial kitchen and outdoor terrace entertaining area. The fitout also included high level security and access control suitable for a police organization of this nature and also reasonably high-tech audio-visual system suitable for both large seminars as well as smaller intimate on-line meetings and presentations.
